Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

There is no easy way to say this, but I think it's time for me to cut loose from here for a very long period of time. I have several reasons why, but lets just say it's very personal and I need time away

I've drawn just about everything that I wanted, and I met so many cool and interesting people on here, and I can't imagine how many people actually like me. I'm not an ace artist nor do I ever plan to be later on, but I did draw a very wide variety of stuff.

I am NOT going to deactivate this account, I put way too much work into it. I just won't be on here...

As for my OCs, I'm giving Taylor, Sara, and Kim to

Vicky isn't gonna be allowed for adoption...since I rarely used her, I'm going to just let her 'fade away'. This is going to be permanent; if I return later on (which won't be for a long time), I'm going to start fresh, including new OCs.
Im taking Kat, Michelle, Sophia and Aly because they are my favorite girls and I have other plans for them.

I'm also closing my group....I wanted to say thanks to everyone who was in it

This will take place on Monday, HOWEVER, I am still waiting for

I initially wanted to just leave quietly, but that wouldn't be cool. However, I don't mean to look like I'm wanting attention. I"m being serious, when I say "indefinite hiatus", I mean it...it's not gonna be a few days or weeks...in fact, I don't know when I'll be back exactly, but guaranteed it'll be months.
